Our prices are based on a membership system. Therefore, the longer the membership, the cheaper the rate. Currently, we have FOUR membership classes. In addition to your standard monthly rate, there are additional fees from time to time to help keep our school running smoothly and to keep our billing system as up-to-date as possible.

Our current billing system is maintained by Member Solutions, an independant billing company with over 20 years experience in handling martial arts schools billing. When you enroll in our school, you must pay the down payment, but you will be billed via invoice from that point on. There are 3 methods of billing. Our preferred method is with EFT or electronic funds transfer. All you need for this is a checking account. An alternative is an automatic credit/debit card payment, and the third method is through check or cash invoice. due to the nature of invoicing, we charge an additional $5.00 to any invoice only payment.

Month-to-Month Membership

This membership is designed for those not able to make a long commitment to martial arts training. Whether you will be moving within a few months time, have a hectic schedule, are working around injury, or just haven't made up your mind yet, this is the right decision for you.

This program features unlimited classes for one month at a time. Since there is no long term commitment, you may cancel at your discretion, just please provide the school and billing company with ample time to remove you from the billing system.

The monthly rate for a month-to-month membership is $100.00 per month for unlimited classes. Once your month expires, you will continue at that rate until you cancel your membership.

6 Month Membership

If you would like a less expensive rate, yet feel that you would like to try out the classes for a while instead of signing up for a year or two-year commitment, consider the 6 month membership option. This includes unlimited classes for six full months and allows you to end your membership after the six month term.

Since there is a six month contract, we must insist that you uphold this contract and pay for the entire six months before canceling.

This is the best solution for those interested in saving money who aren't sure if they will want to continue classes, or for those who know that they will be moving, or going on deployment within six months of start-up.

Rates are $85.00 per month for 6 months, or $510.00 for the entire amount. After your six months expire, you will continue to be billed $85.00 per month until you cancel or upgrade your program.

12 Month Membership

This is a common plan for its price and its duration. The 12 Month membership that we offer is great for those who will not be relocating and who enjoy classes. This membership allows students to train in unlimited classes at a low monthly rate.

This is a one year contract and as such Beaufort Martial Arts Academy would like all students to know that once you have enrolled in this program is does not conclude until the full 12 months has expired. Please sign up for this membership only if you are committed to this membership and are willing to complete it.

The 12 Month Membership program is $75.00 per month for 12 months, or $900.00 for the entire year. This includes all of our Zanshindo programs. After the 12 month term has expired, you will be charged a $75.00 monthly fee until cancellation, or upgrade. Please note that prices may increase after contract has expired. The best way to guarantee a rate is to upgrade your membership or to resign for a 12 month period.

24 Month Membership

The 24 month membership offered by Beaufort Martial Arts Academy is in place for members who are very committed to our style of Zanshindo and are determined to reach the black belt level. The 24 month membership includes unlimited training for two years or 24 months.

Because of the savings in monthly tuition, we ask that only seriously committed students sign up for this plan. If you know that you will be relocating, or if you are unsure of your interests in our style, please do not sign up for a two year contract. You will be expected to pay for the entire balance regardless of the amount of time you train.

The rates for 24 month memberships are the least expensive at $65.00 per month for the entire 24 months. This equals only $1560.00 for a two year period of training. Compared to the Month-to-Month training for 24 months at $2400.00, the 6 Month rate for 24 months at $2040.00, and even the 12 month rate for 24 months at $1800.00, the 24 month agreement is definitely a savings that is worth the commitment. After the 24 months expires, you keep the same rate unless the rate happens to increase. The rate cannot increase while you are still in contract though, so feel free to re-enroll in the 24 month agreement once your original membership is expired.



Additional Fees

Additional fees include special payment requests and initial payment options. Please look over these fees carefully so you are sure to understand all the special requirements necessary

UZA Members

Any student who wishes to become a member of the United Zanshindo Association will be required to pay a yearly membership fee of $50.00. This rate provides the UZA with funds which go towards the All-American Zanshindo Competition Team, the new UZA Fitness Program for children, and other projects of the United Zanshindo Association.

There are many benefits to becoming a member which can be found on the UZA's official website: www.zanshindo.com. Note: All students hoping to test for Black Belt must be active UZA members for a minimum of at least two years, so membership is recommended early on.

To enroll as a member with sign-up, please provide cash or right a check out to the UZA in the amount of $50.00. This membership fee will secure your membership for the entire year.

New Belt Stripe Test Fee:		$5.00
New Belt / Shirt Fee:		$25.00
Black Belt / Shirt Test Fee:		$150.00
